Madame Tussauds wax museum in Beijing will permanently close starting from October 1st.

On September 4th, the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in Beijing announced its closure. Due to the expiration of the lease and adjustments in brand strategy, the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in Beijing will permanently close from October 1, 2025. After the closure, most of the wax figures of celebrities will be moved to other Madame Tussauds Wax Museums in China, and a few wax figures will be properly preserved.
