Hong Kong Rating and Valuation Department: 11,758 private residential units were completed in Hong Kong in the first 7 months of this year, a year-on-year increase of 35.1%.

According to the latest data released by the Hong Kong Rating and Valuation Department today (September 4th), the number of private residential units completed in Hong Kong this year has increased. In July 2025, approximately 1,695 private residential units were completed, a decrease of about 35.7% compared to the previous year. However, the cumulative number of completed units in the first seven months of this year reached approximately 11,758 units, a significant increase of about 3,055 units compared to the same period last year, an increase of about 35.1%, reaching about 56.4% of the expected total completed units for the year of approximately 20,862 units.
