KKR (KKR.US) spends $528 million to acquire South Korean cosmetics packaging company Samhwa.

According to the Securities Times app, KKR, headquartered in the United States, has acquired South Korean cosmetics packaging company Samhwa from TPG. The transaction amount is 7.33 trillion Korean won (approximately 528 million US dollars).
