Beijing releases the list of the seventh round of residential land supply this year.

On September 3, Beijing released the list of planned residential land for the seventh round of supply in 2025, involving a total of 8 plots of land with a total area of approximately 27 hectares and a total construction scale of approximately 630,000 square meters. All of these plots are located in areas surrounding rail transit stations with strong market demand, complete infrastructure, and public services. In terms of regional distribution, there is 1 plot in the core area, 2 plots in the central urban area, and 5 plots in the sub-center and several plain areas.
