Counterpoint: Indonesia's smartphone shipment in the second quarter decreases by 7% year-on-year.

According to Counterpoint's "Monthly Smartphone Tracker" report on Indonesia, due to weak demand and macroeconomic uncertainties, Indonesia's smartphone shipments in the second quarter of 2025 dropped by 7% year-on-year. With the exception of Samsung and Xiaomi, most smartphone brands in the country experienced a decline in shipments in that quarter, while Samsung and Xiaomi grew by 20% and 10% respectively, effectively mitigating the overall market decline.
