China Aviation Engine Power Vice President and Chief Engineer Uncle Wei retires and leaves office due to reaching retirement age.

On September 4, 2025, China Aviation Power Co., Ltd. announced that the board of directors had recently received a written resignation report from the deputy general manager and chief engineer, Wei, due to reaching retirement age. Wei resigned from the above-mentioned positions on September 3, and his original term was until April 28, 2027. His resignation report took effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors. After resigning, he will no longer hold any positions in the company, and there are no outstanding public commitments that have not been fulfilled. Handover work has been completed.
