Capital International (02362.HK) announced that due to the ongoing preparation and publication of the full-year performance for 2024, the company is unable to publish the interim performance announcement for the six months ending on June 30, 2025, and send the interim report to its shareholders within the time limits specified in Listing Rules 13.49(6) and 13.48(1). The company will announce a separate expected publication date for the as yet undisclosed financial performance in a timely manner.
