Gree Electric Appliances announced on the evening of September 2 that shareholder Jinghai Internet Technology Development Co., Ltd. purchased a total of 46.38 million shares of the company through self-owned funds and special loans from financial institutions from March 20 to September 2, using the centralized bidding method. This accounts for 0.83% of the company's total share capital, with a total amount of 2.099 billion yuan. The increase plan has been completed. After the completion of the increase plan, Jinghai Internet holds 439 million shares of the company, accounting for 7.83% of the total share capital.
