Chicago soybean futures fell by about 1.4%, soybean meal fell by about 2%, and Robusta coffee futures fell by over 4.6%.
After the long weekend, the New York market closed on Tuesday with the Bloomberg Grains Index falling by 0.67% to 29.4222 points, showing a V-shaped trend throughout the day. At 22:30 Beijing time, it had dropped to 29.1035 points. CBOT corn futures rose by 0.65%, while CBOT wheat futures fell by 1.08%. CBOT soybean futures fell by 1.38% to $10.40 per bushel, soybean meal futures fell by 1.97%, and soybean oil futures rose by 0.69%. ICE raw sugar futures fell by 1.41%, ICE white sugar futures fell by 2.31%, ICE Arabica coffee futures fell by 2.71%, and coffee "C" futures fell by 3.30%. Robusta coffee futures fell by 4.65%. New York cocoa futures fell by 1.71% and London cocoa futures fell by 0.30%. ICE cotton futures fell by 0.74%.
