*ST Tianmao announcement: The company plans to voluntarily terminate the listing of its stock through a resolution of the shareholders' meeting. In order to fully protect the interests of investors, the company will activate the dissenting shareholder and other shareholder protection mechanisms. Jingmen City Weituo Hongcheng Management Partnership Enterprise will provide cash selection rights to all A-share shareholders registered on the record date, excluding Xinliyi Group, Wang Wei, and Liu Yiqian. The cash selection rights declaration period is from September 15, 2025 to September 19, 2025, between 9:30-11:30 am and 1:00-3:00 pm on trading days. Shareholders who obtain cash selection rights can exercise them in full or in part during the declaration period by applying their company shares at the exercise price of 1.6 yuan per share, and receive cash consideration after settlement.
