Macquarie has increased its stake in the diamond infrastructure solutions company to 49%.

Mackrell increased its stake in the diamond infrastructure solutions company from 40% to 49%. Following this increase in stake, Dow Chemical gained an additional $540 million in revenue. With this, Dow Chemical has received a total of around $3 billion in revenue from the transaction. Citigroup and Goldman Sachs served as Dow Chemical's financial advisors.
