The Zhicai Finance APP News, Su Xin Services (02152.HK) announced that (i) Mr. Cui Xiaodong resigned as executive director and chairman of the board due to his work arrangement, effective from September 2, 2025; (ii) the Board of Directors elected Mr. Chen Mingdong, the company's executive director and general manager, to preside over all shareholder meetings from September 2, 2025 until the effective date of the new chairman; and (iii) it is proposed to appoint Mr. Wang Hua as an executive director.
