New Energy: REITs-like project successfully issued with a total size of 1.26 billion yuan.

On the evening of September 2nd, Li New Energy announced that the company is conducting the declaration and issuance of REITs projects using the Yandunqi A wind power project, held and operated by its wholly-owned subsidiary Hami Xinfeng Energy Generation Co., Ltd., as the underlying asset. As of now, Zhongxin Jiantou-Li New Energy 2025 Clean Energy Infrastructure Green Asset Support Special Plan, the plan manager Zhongxin Jiantou has successfully issued senior and junior asset-backed securities and obtained full subscription. The special asset support plan was officially issued on August 29th with a total scale of 1.226 billion yuan, and officially established on September 2nd.
