Ganfeng Lithium and others have established a new company in Shandong, focusing on offshore wind power generation related businesses.

According to the Qi Cha Cha APP, recently, Shangao Ganfeng New Energy Development Co., Ltd. was established, with Lou Shengli as its legal representative and a registered capital of 20 million yuan. Its business scope includes wind power generation technology services, battery sales, energy storage technology services, centralized fast charging stations, and sales of offshore wind turbine units. Equity penetration data from Qi Cha Cha shows that the company is jointly owned by Zhongke Shangao Technology Industrial Development Co., Ltd. and Ganfeng Integrated Energy Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ganfeng Lithium.
