The company's subsidiary, Beijing Yimai Information, as a data provider, has signed a data trading tripartite cooperative contract with a company engaged in data technology and applications, as well as Beijing International Big Data Exchange Co., Ltd. On September 1, 2025, the group completed the first batch of data transactions with the data user in accordance with the data trading tripartite cooperative contract.
