Benett also hinted that the authorities are studying how to regulate local construction and zoning regulations and reduce transaction costs, and Trump may consider tariff exemptions for specific building materials. Benett said, "We are trying to figure out what we can do, we do not want to interfere in the affairs of states, counties, and municipal governments."
