Kim Jong Un is heading to China.

According to a report from the North Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, who is the General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and Chairman of the State Affairs Commission, departed on a special train on September 1 to attend the 80th anniversary commemoration of the victory in the Chinese People's Anti-Japanese War and the World Anti-Fascist War in Beijing. North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Son-gwon and other party and government officials accompanied Kim Jong Un on his visit to Beijing.
