Beijing Beiyinmei announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Hangzhou Beiyinmei Maternal and Infant Nutrition Products Co., Ltd. has filed a lawsuit with the Intermediate People's Court of Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, involving infringement of trademark rights and unfair competition disputes. The defendants involved include Mingqiao Food Business in Wucheng District of Jinhua City and Zhejiang Kelubao Food Co., Ltd. The amount requested in this lawsuit is 72.0115 million yuan.
