Fangyuan shares announced on the evening of September 1st that the shareholder Minmetals Yuandong Equity Investment Fund, holding 3.93% of the company's shares, plans to reduce its total holdings of the company's shares by no more than 15.3052 million shares through centralized bidding or block trading at market prices.
