Xi Jinping proposed a global governance initiative.

On the afternoon of September 1st, the "Shanghai Cooperation Organization+" meeting was held at the Tianjin Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Center. President Xi Jinping presided over the meeting and delivered an important speech.
