According to the monitoring data of the Hangzhou Shell Research Institute, in August of this year, the second-hand housing transactions in Hangzhou reached 6633 sets, a decrease of 7.4% compared to July (7163 sets) and a slight decrease of 0.88% compared to August last year (6688 sets). In terms of prices, their monitoring data shows that in August of this year, the average price of second-hand residential properties in Hangzhou was 28,178 yuan per square meter, a slight increase of 0.2% compared to July (28,128 yuan per square meter), and a 2% increase compared to the price in August last year (27,628 yuan per square meter).
