According to the monitoring data of the Beijing Shell Research Institute, in August of this year, there were 6,633 second-hand housing transactions in Hangzhou, a decrease of 7.4% from July, and a slight decrease of 0.88% compared to August of last year. In terms of prices, the monitoring data shows that in August of this year, the average price of second-hand residential properties in Hangzhou was 28,178 yuan per square meter, a slight increase of 0.2% from July, and a 2% increase compared to August of last year.
