This is the first time among the provincial prefecture-level cities to introduce regulations for optimizing the business environment. The "Regulations" consist of 8 chapters and 58 articles, covering aspects such as protection of business entities, market environment, government services, etc., specifying continuous optimization of the business environment, stimulating market vitality, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of business entities, improving government service levels, and accelerating the integration process of Xi'an-Xianyang, and other contents.
