Since the third quarter, Beijing, Shanghai, Shanxi, Zhejiang, Xinjiang and other regions have introduced new policies around public data resources. Chen Duan, Director of the Digital Economy Integration and Innovation Development Center at the Central University of Finance and Economics, told reporters that China's data industry is still in its early stages of development.
