Intelligence Finance and Economics APP News, NIRAKU (01245) announced that on August 29, 2025 (after trading hours), NBI (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a first purchase agreement with seller Bisoh Fujimoto Co., Ltd.* () and Hakone Elecasa Co., Ltd.* () (both independent third parties), to acquire land and buildings in Miyaganeno, Hakone-cho, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, for a total consideration of 9.01 billion yen, along with assets. The transaction is expected to be completed on October 2, 2025.
