China Shenhua (601088.SH) released its half-year financial results, with a net profit attributable to the parent company of 24.641 billion yuan, a decrease of 12% year-on-year.

Zhijing Financial News APP, China Shenhua (601088.SH) disclosed the semi-annual report for 2025, during the reporting period the company achieved operating income of 138.109 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 18.3%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 24.641 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 12%; non-recurring net profit was 24.312 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 17.5%; basic earnings per share were 1.240 yuan. It is planned to distribute a mid-term dividend of 0.98 yuan per share (including tax) for 2025.
