Zhixin Finance and Economics APP News, China Communications Construction (01800.HK) announced that on August 29, 2025, Power Construction Corporation of China, China Communications Second Engineering Bureau, and Seven Corporations have entered into a capital increase agreement. According to the agreement, Power Construction Corporation of China has agreed to increase the capital of Seven Corporations by RMB 346 million in cash. After the completion of the capital increase, Seven Corporations will no longer be a subsidiary of the company, and its financial performance will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
