Turkey launches anti-dumping investigation into Chinese glass home products

According to the China Trade Remedy Information Network, on August 29th, the Turkish Ministry of Trade announced in Notice No. 2025/28 that, in response to an application by Turkish producers, an anti-dumping investigation has been initiated on glass household products originating from China and Egypt. The products involved are glass containers used for dining tables, kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and home dcor, excluding products under tax codes 70.10 and 70.18. The Turkish tax code for the products in question is 70.13. The dumping investigation period for this case is from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, and the injury investigation period is from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024. The notice will take effect from the date of its publication.
