China Heavy Industry: The company's stock will be delisted on September 5th.

China Heavy Machinery announced on the evening of August 29th that it has received a decision from the Shanghai Stock Exchange to delist the company's A shares. The delisting and delisting date of the company's A shares will be September 5, 2025, without entering the delisting process trading phase. After the company's A shares are delisted, they will be converted to China Shipbuilding's A shares at a ratio of 1:0.1339. The company's A shares will no longer be displayed in the stock accounts of A-share shareholders until the conversion is completed.
