How to protect data rights in the digital economy era: six guiding cases published.

Today, the Supreme People's Court issued the first set of guiding cases on judicial protection of data rights, which consists of six guiding cases. These cases actively address issues of data ownership, utilization of data products, protection of personal information, transfer of online platform accounts, and other issues of high social concern, aiming to unify the standards of judgment on similar cases.
