Shengbang Group: Intends to apply for the issuance of H shares and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Saintbond announced that, in order to deepen its global strategy layout, enhance its international brand image, diversify its financing channels, attract and gather outstanding research and management talents, and further enhance its core competitiveness, the company plans to apply for the initial public offering of foreign-listed shares overseas and list on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
