Ideal car self-developed smart driving chip M100 has passed the key stage before mass production in the first quarter of this year. Subsequently, M100 completed function testing and performance testing within two weeks and passed the pressure testing by Ideal's R&D team. Currently, M100 has been sampled in small batches for road testing. It is understood that M100 exhibits specific performance characteristics when handling different types of computing tasks: for example, in computing tasks running large language models (LLM), the effective computing power provided by one M100 is roughly equivalent to 2 NVIDIA Thor-U chips; and in handling traditional visual tasks related to convolutional neural networks (CNN), such as image recognition, one M100 can provide effective computing power comparable to 3 NVIDIA Thor-U chips.
