On the morning of August 28th, EDA Group Holdings announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that on August 27th, 2025, the Group had reached a partnership agreement with UTCPAY Limited to cooperate. Both parties will engage in deep cooperation in the field of digital asset trading, Web3 technology, and blockchain applications. UTCPAY has agreed to give the Group access to its digital asset payment solution technology, but will not be involved in the Group's client fund settlement business. The Group agrees to use UTCPAY's technology to support its clients in completing digital asset transactions and to exercise full control over the fund settlement service needs of the Group's clients using UTCPAY's digital asset payment solution technology.
