China General Nuclear Power Corporation (CGN) plans to acquire a 93.75 billion yuan stake in four companies including Huizhou Nuclear Power.

China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group announced that the company has signed an equity transfer agreement with China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group Co., Ltd., intending to acquire 82% equity of China Guangdong Huizhou Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., 100% equity of China Guangdong Huizhou Second Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., 100% equity of China Guangdong Huizhou Third Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., and 100% equity of China Guangdong Zhanjiang Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. The transaction price is 9.375 billion yuan, with the transaction price for 82% equity of Huizhou Nuclear Power being 8.023 billion yuan, the transaction price for 100% equity of Huizhou Second Nuclear Power being 1.353 billion yuan, and the transaction price for 100% equity of Huizhou Third Nuclear Power and Zhanjiang Nuclear Power being zero. This transaction is subject to approval at the company's shareholder meeting.
