East China Technology: The shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholder and its concerted action parties has decreased to 37.47%.

Dongxin shares announced that the controlling shareholder, Oriental Hengxin Group Limited and its concerted action person, Suzhou Dongxin Innovative Equity Investment Partnership, reduced their holdings of the company's shares previously purchased in the secondary market through centralized bidding transactions from August 25 to August 27. The total number of shares held by the two parties decreased from 174 million shares to 166 million shares, and their proportion of the total share capital of the company decreased from 39.37% to 37.47%.
