China General Nuclear Power Corporation (003816.SZ) plans to acquire a 93.75 billion yuan stake in four companies including Huizhou Nuclear Power.

Zhixin Finance APP news, China General Nuclear Power Corporation (003816.SZ) announced that the company intends to acquire 82% of the equity of China General Nuclear Power Group Limited ("CGN") in CGN Huizhou Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. ("Huizhou Nuclear Power"), 100% of the equity of CGN Huizhou Second Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. ("Huizhou Second Nuclear Power"), 100% of the equity of CGN Huizhou Third Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. ("Huizhou Third Nuclear Power"), and 100% of the equity of CGN Zhanjiang Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. ("Zhanjiang Nuclear Power"). The final transaction price for this acquisition is determined to be 9.375 billion yuan.
