The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has dispatched work teams to conduct research and provide guidance on autumn grain production and disaster prevention and reduction in 18 provinces.
Recently, it was learned from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs that the Planting Industry Management Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, together with the National Agricultural Technology Extension Service Center and the Pesticide Testing Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, has dispatched 8 working groups to 18 provinces to carry out concentrated research and guidance on autumn grain production and disaster prevention and reduction. The guidance includes four aspects: firstly, to focus on field management of autumn grains, conduct on-site inspections of seedling conditions, soil conditions, and disease and pest situations, and guide the implementation of field management measures according to local conditions; secondly, to strengthen disaster prevention and reduction, assess the impact of disasters on autumn grain production, and guide the prevention of natural disasters and pest infestations; thirdly, to promote large-scale single harvest improvement, implement key measures by region and crop, and promote the integration of good fields, good seeds, good machinery, and good practices; fourthly, to implement "one spray, multiple promotion", supervise various regions to seize the window of opportunity for spraying operations, and improve quality and efficiency.
