The net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company was 6.3613 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 82.89%. The basic earnings per share was 0.03 yuan/share, a year-on-year decrease of 82.35%. The company has no plans to distribute cash dividends, bonus shares, or increase capital by converting reserves in the first half of 2025.
