ANTA Sports (02020) plans to establish a joint venture with MUSINSA to jointly operate the fashion business in South Korea.

Wisdom Financial News App News, Anta Sports (02020) announced that one of its subsidiaries (Anta) has entered into a joint venture agreement (joint venture agreement) with MUSINSA Co., Ltd. (MUSINSA). According to the joint venture agreement, Anta and MUSINSA agreed to establish a joint venture company to jointly operate the South Korean fashion business in mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, and Macau SAR (joint venture arrangement). Anta and MUSINSA will hold 40% and 60% of the equity interest in the joint venture company, respectively.
