Tianjin Zhiming Management Consulting Partnership Enterprise was established in November 2021, with Shenzhen Haiyi Aoxiang Technology Co., Ltd. as the managing partner, with a capital contribution of 1 million RMB, and its business scope includes corporate management consulting and information consulting services. According to partner information, the partnership enterprise was jointly funded by Huang Simin and Shenzhen Haiyi Aoxiang Technology Co., Ltd. under Ank Innovation. It is worth mentioning that recently, Tianjin Zhile Management Consulting Partnership Enterprise, Tianjin Zhiyong Management Consulting Partnership Enterprise, Tianjin Zhigao Management Consulting Partnership Enterprise, and Tianjin Zhixiang Management Consulting Partnership Enterprise have all issued simple cancellation notices.
