According to the Securities Times app, Yu Weining, an industrial statistician from the Industrial Department of the National Bureau of Statistics, interpreted the profit data of industrial enterprises in July 2025. In July, the operating income of industrial enterprises above a certain scale increased by 0.9% year-on-year, and by 2.3% from January to July. Operating income has continued to grow this year, creating favorable conditions for profit recovery for enterprises. In July, the profits of industrial enterprises above a certain scale decreased by 1.5% year-on-year, a decrease of 2.8 percentage points from June, narrowing for two consecutive months. From January to July, the profit decline narrowed by 0.1 percentage points compared to the first half of the year, indicating a continued improvement in enterprise profitability.
