The second-hand car market ushers in a new opportunity for expansion overseas.

Standing at a key point in the global automotive industry revolution, China's used car exports are welcoming new opportunities. At the 2025 China Used Car Export Ecological Conference held recently, Luo Lei, vice president of the China Automobile Dealers Association, said, "Currently, China's used car exports are in a golden period of policy dividends and market explosions, with a solid foundation provided by a car population of over 400 million, a mature supply chain system, and high-cost-effective vehicle choices." Data shows that by 2024, China's used car exports had exceeded 400,000 vehicles, exported to more than 160 countries and regions, becoming an emerging force driving automobile consumption and promoting industrial upgrading. At the same time, China's used car exports also urgently need to establish a collaborative development pattern guided by the government, driven by enterprises, and empowered by associations, in order to break through overseas market barriers with standardized, international service systems and create a more competitive global used car distribution network.
