Qinghai Province adjusts the rules of the 2025 home consumer goods renewal activity, starting from zero on August 29th, the home consumer goods renewal activity will implement a weekly limit subsidy.

According to the Qinghai Provincial Department of Commerce, in order to further enhance consumer convenience and experience, and to ensure a smoother and more orderly implementation of the policy of trading in old products for new ones in the commercial field, benefiting more consumers, Qinghai Province has adjusted the rules for the 2025 household consumer goods exchange event, and simultaneously launched an upgraded "consumer rebate" system. Starting from midnight on August 29, 2025, the household consumer goods exchange event will implement a weekly limit subsidy, following the principle of "first come, first served, while supplies last." Coupons will be distributed on the Agricultural Bank of China's Life App activity page every Friday starting at 10 a.m., for consumers to claim. Coupons will be issued once a week and will be valid for 7 days. Any coupons that have been claimed but not used will automatically expire after the deadline, and consumers can reapply for them on the following Friday.
