US house price growth in June slowest since 2023

The rate of increase in housing prices in the United States slowed for the fifth consecutive month in June. According to data from S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller, the national housing price index rose by 1.9% year-on-year in June. This marks the smallest increase since the summer of 2023, and is lower than the 2.3% increase in May.
