According to the Qichacha app, Shanghai Yongmaotai Robot Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Yongmaotai Sensing Technology Co., Ltd. were recently established with a registered capital of 75 million yuan each. Their business scope includes: manufacturing of semiconductor device special equipment; sales of semiconductor device special equipment; manufacturing of industrial robots; sales of industrial robots, etc. The equity penetration of Qichacha shows that both companies are fully owned by Yongmaotai.
