According to the National Medical Products Administration, China has approved 52 innovative medical device products this year, with a total of 367 innovative medical device products approved so far. The National Medical Products Administration has introduced ten measures this year to strongly support key areas of new quality production in medical devices such as medical robots, high-end medical imaging, artificial intelligence medical devices, and new biomaterials. They are fully supporting research and development innovation in high-end medical devices, encouraging high-level global medical device products to launch first in China, and benefiting global public health with more high-quality products.
