On August 22, Zhuo Shengwei disclosed in a telephone conference that as of the end of the first half of 2025, some products using advanced packaging technology have successfully passed key customer verification and achieved large-scale shipments; production lines specially designed for advanced integration processes have successfully closed the loop from technology landing to mass production, laying a solid foundation for the company to continuously deepen the development of RF front-end module products in the direction of miniaturization, low cost, and high performance. Advanced packaging technology is suitable for products such as smart glasses that have high requirements for size and shape. Currently, related products are progressing in some customer projects, but overall they are still in the early stages.
