Dongfeng Group is planning to privatize and delist, while its subsidiary Lan Tu Automotive will be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

On the evening of August 22, Dongfeng Group announced that its subsidiary, Lantu Automobile, will be listed on the Hong Kong stock market through an introduction listing, while Dongfeng Group will simultaneously complete a privatization delisting. According to the announcement, the transaction will be paid in a combination of Lantu Automobile's equity and cash, with a total acquisition price of 10.85 Hong Kong dollars per share, of which the cash price is 6.68 Hong Kong dollars per share and the equity price of Lantu is 4.17 Hong Kong dollars per share.
