According to the Garrison Law of the People's Republic of China in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and orders from the Central Military Commission, the Chinese People's Liberation Army stationed in Hong Kong organized the 28th rotation of its units on August 22, and the rotation was successfully completed that evening.
