Sunyu Optoelectronics Technology announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that on August 21, several member companies of the group entered into a memorandum of understanding with Goer Holdings and Goer Optics. According to the memorandum of understanding, the parties agree to further negotiate and enter into a final agreement on the subscription matter, with the following main terms: After the restructuring is completed, Ningbo Aolai will contribute the entire equity of Shanghai Aolai it holds as consideration to subscribe for the equity of Goer Optics; and after the subscription matter is completed, Ningbo Aolai will hold approximately 33.33% of the equity of Goer Optics after the completion of the subscription matter.
